my education...

So my education was with a young lady who was little girl, a room, her room, with toys and books.
On Saturday, she would teach us not just in this room but interactive classroom which included
art, nature, and even what was going on down the street.  So I was prepared as I could be
for presschool.
Even though...I wanted to watch cartoons
Very grateful that she instilled us the importantance of edcuation....

summer is almost over...

Summer is almost over, here, at our home, I am preparing now to teach my little one. He is going to 4th grade.
I hope your little having a great time.

We are....muliplication and science project is stilled owed to me. I have not allowed him to completly wild this season.

So now it is time for pt-3, to learn to learn and have fun doing it. Welcome back.

preparing for homework

I do not believe in homework until a child is older. So my son is learning how to work without help this month. It is has been a looong month.

home school group

I am establishing a home study group, 3 times a week. Call me for dates and times. Limit 10 kids. Monday-Wednesday

holiday season over

We have writing month. Andrew still is dazed out by holiday season. We are back in regular routine.
I like themes, it helps to ensure Andrew is not just rote learning and that he has mastered the materials.
